Home Hardware Stores Ltd. is a proudly owned and operated Canadian home improvement, building materials, and furniture chain co-operatively owned by over 1000 independently owned member stores. Don’t go here Unless you have all afternoon to stand around and wait for them to converse with people they know, can’t compete on price or customer experience. Guy in the yard is a nice guy, that’s about all. This is one of the best Home Hardware stores I have been to.
We went in for a couple things, we had to wait 15mins, and when the guy finally came, he acted rude and like he had better things to do, I would never recommend this store unless you want to be ignored. Be truthful - this review will help other consumers as well as the business. Friendly staff, has all the basic for building and maintaining homes. Always friendly and willing to help.

It has a large selection of itemsm available, and you rarely find yourself without the part you need to finish your project. Staff are friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Only downside, is the hours, which are very limited - no evening hours available. Always well stocked and excellent customer service. We are in the area every year for our annual greyhound picnic. That issue aside, I always enjoy wandering around in this store and will always find some "must have" item.
